KPop Diet #15: T ARA's Hyomin So Crazy Comeback Diet

You can't deny how amazing T-ARA's body figure looks in their most recent So Crazy MV. Hyomin shared on her Instagram (@hyominnn) the diet she was on whilst preparing for the comeback.

The diet includes cucumber, sweet potatoes, eggs and watermelon.

In the second photo, she has chilli sauce instead of watermelon. She also practised choreography along side the diet. I think she probably ate this for breakfast and lunch. As a dinner it has way too less calories (but then again Kpop idols do go on super extreme diets ;__;).

Would you ever try this diet? Lemme know in the comments below~
I'm quite tempted to try it out but knowing me, I will not last longer than a few hours. xD

  4. Omg I'm currently doing the 3 Day Military Diet right now and for lunch all I had was a boiled egg, 5 crackers, and half a cup of cottage cheese. For breakfast, I had a piece of toast, a boiled egg, and half a banana I'm STARVING. I could only imagine what would happen if I had to work out or dance while being this hungry. I don't know how they do it :<

  5. The problem that girl's going to face is that when (if?) she goes back to eating normally, the weight is just going to pile back on and then some.

I get the idea of fruit/veg/protein/some fat (from the egg yolk) is a good idea, though the amount seems a little too small.

    1. i agree on the portions being too little, she's likely to have trainers so they should help her safety eat back normally without gaining weight back
