Recently Sistar's Soyu went on this crazy harsh diet in order to lose 8kg. She revealed on Get it Beauty her method was to crazily exercise and eat. Which consisted of:
- One meal a day of 4 quail eggs without yolk
- A cup of Milk
- Weight training Cardio
- Choreography rehearsals
This is an extreme diet, which is not only harsh but very unhealthy for the body.
