I've just finished doing work and finally got round to watching the most recent episode of The TaeTiSeo. ^^ Seohyun revealed her diet and workout that she did before TTS's Holler comeback~ ^^
- During fasting, she doesn't eat after 6pm.
- Aerobic exercises everyday.
- If she needs to exercise more, then she does 1 hour in the morning an evening.
- During fasting, she exercises 1 hour in the morning and evening too.- When she doesn't have a schedule, she goes to the gym 2 - 3 times a week
